| Interrupted Reading, Paris (1999) Joel-Peter Witkin. Well...these are just odd. Well known for photographing the strange and bizarre, including dwarfs, transexuals etc, i found and interesting statement that his works are inspire by an accident he saw when he was younger when a small girl got hit by are and decapitated. His imagery oozes death, pain and the misfits of the world. I can appreciate the artistic quality of his work but can't help cringing at some of the photographs I have seen. Shockingly fantastic!
